Warranty

iTech Phone Repair is happy to offer one-year limited warranty to our customers. Our customers deserve dependable repairs and service they can trust on for their devices. With our one year warranty offered to our customers, we hope to prove our value and commitment to customers and the communities we operate in. The repair or replacement service is warranted by iTech Phone Repair for a period of one year (365 days) from the date of service. During this one year (365 days) limited warranty period, iTech Phone Repair, at its option, will either repeat or replace the part, if the repair or replacement part demonstrates defect in materials or workmanship. The one year (365 days) limited warranty does not apply if the repair or replacement has been damaged by accident or misuse or has been tempered with. The one year (365 days) limited warranty does not cover any physical or liquid damage. Liquid Damage and subsequent physical damage which occurs after a completed repair will void this warranty. Warranty only covers the parts and the labor on the parts replaced and not on the device as a whole. For any warranty work, the customer is required to provide the receipt. Use extra caution with your device after the repair as it may not retain the same level of water, splash or dust resistance as before. Replacement parts are tested for functionality, quality and compatibility. Replacement parts used are not always original and are not claimed as such. No warranty is offered on the repair of the water damaged devices. This warranty is automatically voided in the event of a manufacturer software update that may adversely affects the functionality of the phone.  For any products and service not listed here, please ask a sales associate about the warranty.
