  • Do you only repair iPhones?

No. We work on all leading brands of cellphones, tablets and computers, including iPhones, Samsung, Google Pixel, Huawei and more. 

  • How long does it take you to repair a phone?

That depends on the issue we're working on. Most of the repairs are done in under an hour.

  • Is there any warranty on the repair?

We offer 1 year limited warranty on all parts and repair services except for the liquid damage repairs, subject to exclusions and limitations. A physical damage, such as cracked screen is not covered under the warranty. Ask your tech for the details.

  • Do you only fix cracked screens?

No. Our techs repair all types of issues on different devices, including screen replacement, battery replacement, charging issues, water damage, motherboard repairs, data recovery and more.

  • Do I need an appointment for a phone repair?

No. You may just walk in to one of our locations and get most of the devices repaired in under an hour.

  • I don't know what the issue is with my phone. Could you check it before fixing it?

Yes. We offer free diagnostics on most devices. We can diagnose your device and provide a free non-binding estimate for the repair.
